New to mindfulness or just want to delve deeper into the topic? This course will give you a variety of practices to try out plus other activities for you and the family to engage in around the topic of mindfulness. Take the next 6 weeks to build a mindfulness practice that can change the stress level in your life. Mindfulness helps to build awareness of the moment in which we are living and allows us to more fully engage with our world.
